Ho visto Livia Lazzari ed i suoi Voodoo Jewels qualche mese fa ad una mostra a Torino. Sono rimasta stregata dalla sensualità, dal magnetismo e dalla forza espressiva delle sue creazioni. Piccoli grandi gioielli fatti di gemme, insetti, metalli preziosi che lasciano in evidenza tutta la loro matericità: talismani da indossare alla ricerca di una protezione ancestrale immerse nel traffico di una grande città.

..ed aggiungo che Livia Lazzari mi piace anche perché ha saputo coniare un'immagine forte di sé attraverso l'unione sapiente di fotografia, musica e video (decisamente molto ben curati).
